Returns
You may return anything you have purchased from us within 30 days from the shipping date. First, contact us at returns@surielcollection.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. Please note that orders without the Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted.
Returns take approximately 7-10 business days for processing. After that, your bank or financial institution generally takes 2-3 business days for posting the credit on your account.
