6. Do you offer gift certificates?
At this time, we are not offering gift certificates, however, check back with us because we will have it in the near future.
7. How do I change or cancel an order?
If you need to change or cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at customerservice@surielcollection.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, however, our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot cancel or change an order when it has entered the shipping process.
8. Do you provide gift wrapping?
At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
9. Will I pay taxes on my order?
If you order is shipped to the State of Florida a 7% will be applied to your order by law.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and link to track it.

Yes, if you would like to remove the receipt, please contact us at customerservice@surielcollection.com immediately after placing your order and we will gladly remove it.

Ship date is the day your order ships and order date is the day you placed your order.

Shipping days are Monday through Friday except holidays. Please consult our shipping table for more details.
6. What are your shipping fees and options?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FeDex and DHL. We reserve the right to select the carrier at our discretion based on their specific rates. You may calculate your shipping fees upon checkout.
7. What are your fees and options for international shipments?
International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your customs office for more information since they vary by country and item. Therefore, we cannot provide any estimated cost. Please note that shipping charges do not include international taxes and duties. You will have to contact your country’s custom agency for information about any applicable tax or duty. If you place an order and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties. Taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. This amount will be subtracted from your order refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

5. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don’t like it?
Certainly. You may return anything you have purchased from us within 30 days from the shipping date. First, contact us at returns@surielcollection.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. Please note that orders without the Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted.
6. How long does it take for you to process a return?
Returns take approximately two weeks for processing. After that, your bank or financial institution generally takes 2-3 business days for posting the credit on your account.
